Aryanna Sierra from 90 Day Fiancé has had a massive weight loss transformation ever since she made her debut on Love In Paradise: The Caribbean. The 26-year-old was already pregnant with her first baby when she made her reality TV debut opposite Sherlon McInnis from Jamaica. Sherlon, who ran his father’s boat business while working at a resort for swingers, met Aryanna while he was operating her tour boat while on vacation in the islands. Six months after getting pregnant with his baby, Aryanna found herself back in Jamaica.

On one of Sherlon’s now-deleted Instagram posts from July 2022, 90 Day Fiancé cast member Aryanna declared, “Don’t let him fool you. I could care less about having a relationship with this man because he is the definition of a dead beat,” explaining the difference between “baby mama” and “mother of your child.” By then, Aryanna had already moved on and was over her cheating ex, as she channeled her energies into getting fitter. Back in November 2021, Aryanna started her post-baby weight loss journey. “Thankful that motherhood hasn’t stopped me from doing not only what I love, but what makes me feel so good about myself every day,” she wrote in her caption.

90 Day Fiancé star Aryanna’s biggest request during her pregnancy was not to continue to work out. But a year later in October, she was already back on track, flaunting her trim figure to inspire her Instagram followers. Aryanna showed the results of “consistent workouts, intermittent fasting, cleaner eating” in before and after photos taken within a gap of just three months. In December 2022, Aryanna revealed working out regularly had become an “almost standard procedure” for her, while healthy eating was still a struggle on some days. “The hardest part is the motivation and the dedication it takes to get up every day and do it for yourself,” she added.

In February, Aryanna shared a photo of jaw-dropping collage to show how far she’s come. “93lbs difference, you can’t tell me NOTHING,” she wrote in the caption. The new 90 Day Fiancé mom Aryanna described her journey as the “DEFINITION of resilience.” When a fan asked Aryanna to show them what she eats, she told them, “I really don’t eat any crazy diets or meal plans!” Aryanna said she believes in a calorie deficit, and likes to burn more calories than she eats. “I still keep it pretty healthy but calorie deficit is the key!” confessed Aryanna, who should appear in another 90 Day Fiancé spin-off after losing so much weight.
