- The Young Avengers have been teased in the MCU, but Marvel Studios has not announced any plans for a movie or TV show featuring the heroes.
- It seems inevitable that the Young Avengers will eventually come together in the MCU, but the question is when.
- It would make sense for the Young Avengers to debut in Phase 7 after the Multiverse Saga, allowing time to establish their relationships and address the current status of the Avengers.
The Young Avengers assemble in new Marvel Cinematic Universe fan art, stressing why Marvel Studios need to bring them together on the big screen. Throughout The MCU Phases 4 and 5, Marvel has begun introducing the next generation of superheroes and villains while also fleshing out other established characters in The Multiverse Saga. Along the way, members of the Young Avengers have also been showing up in the MCU, leaving the world to wonder when their team will come together.
Despite the multiple Young Avengers teases over the last few years, Marvel Studios has yet to announce an actual upcoming MCU movie or TV show for the heroes. Nevertheless, some are already imagining what it might look like when the Young Avengers eventually form their league.
BenSolo_Cup recently brought the Young Avengers together in new fan art, highlighting all of the existing members of the beloved Marvel team. The poster features Ms. Marvel, Kate Bishop, America Chavez, Cassie Lang, Ironheart, Kid Loki, and Elijah Bradley, as well as teenage versions of Wiccan and Speed.
When The Young Avengers Are Most Likely To Appear In The MCU
Even though Marvel Studios has never officially committed to a Young Avengers movie or TV show, it only feels like a matter of time until the team actually comes together in the MCU. The bigger question is when they will actually have the team properly created within the MCU. Phase 5 is already packed with MCU projects, and Phase 6 is starting to get crowded, too, especially as Marvel Studios has yet to use all of its available release slots.
At this point, it would make sense for the MCU to have the Young Avengers make their debut in Phase 7 once The Multiverse Saga is over. It’s key to remember that right now, none of the Young Avengers heroes have even bonded or had the chance to work together. Given that they will likely all be in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars, having Young Avengers in Phase 7 as part of whatever new saga Marvel Studios has afterward, would give the MCU some time to establish those relationships as they form the team.
The Young Avengers happening in the next saga would also make sense when the new generation of Avengers has taken on Kang the Conqueror once and for all. Right now, the Avengers as a concept in the MCU is up in the air as the movies and TV shows have barely addressed the team’s current status. Hopefully, once the Young Avengers are finally embraced in the MCU, the wait will have been worth it.
