Barcelona Femeni forward, Asisat Oshoala, goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie and midfielder Rasheedat Ajibade headline Super Falcons’ squad for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe.
Top stars like Toni Payne, Ifeoma Onumonu, Onome Ebi and Christy Ucheibe were also included in the squad.
The nine-time champions will host Sao Tome and Principe in the first leg at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos on Friday, September 22.
The reverse fixture will hold four days later.
The winner of this fixture will be eligible to confront the winner of another first round fixture between Cape Verde and Liberia, at the second-round stage slated for the period November 27 – December 5.
Morocco, which hosted last year’s edition of the continental showpiece, will again host next year’s spectacle.
