The first international break of the season is over and the Premier League returns with Match Day 5 fixtures.
Saturday’s early kick-off sees Liverpool travel to Wolves.
Some of the 3pm games are Manchester United vs Brighton, West Ham vs Manchester City and Tottenham vs Sheffield United.
What 4 fixtures could we see upsets this weekend?
1. Wolves vs Liverpool: During his Friday press conference, Jurgen Klopp slammed the scheduling of their game against Wolves. The reason is simple: Liverpool failed to win any of their six 12.30pm games last term. This game at the Molineux could prove to be another banana skin for the Reds.
2. Tottenham vs Sheffield United: Spurs have flown out of the blocks under Ange Postecoglou this season. The North London side remain unbeaten and have accumulated 10 points from their first four games. However, Sheffield could throw a spanner into the works, as they fight to get off the bottom of the table.
3. Everton vs Arsenal: It has been six years since Arsenal won at Goodison Park. Mikel Arteta’s men suffered their second defeat last season in Sean Dyche’s first home game. Although the Toffees are out of form, with only one point so far, expect them to give the Gunners a tough fight.
4. West Ham vs Man City: Pep Guardiola has confirmed that he will not have Jack Grealish, Mateo Kovacic and John Stones available for their trip to West Ham. Last time out against Fulham, City needed a controversial goal to take the lead and eventually overpower Marco Silva’s men. This time around, they are away against the Hammers, who are yet to lose this campaign.
